I booked a * hour uber rental in Jaipur this morning, driver was illeterate and constantly badgering me to keep updating location in every * minutes which I explained him is not possible.
As I am on a marketing trip and will inform him much before of my destination. Heating the same he became aggressive, stopped the ride., Still forced me to pay full amount. Threatened me, abused me..
I have reported the same multiple times on Uber App on " My Trips," section stll no confirmation on action taken in driver. I asked them to take legal action against driver and ban him for lifetime.
Still no reply.
