Independent Tv - Third class service provided

I had bought their plan on December *rd, but they installed after more than a month and that too after repetitive reminders and calls. After TRAI's new rules, they started rolling out channels, so first, they removed HD channels, and then this and that, and this way they removed many many channels. To add to that, their customer care is almost unreachable. You call multiple times a day and it would always say "it is busy." *-*** number which is toll-free number never works, *-*** number which is a paid hardly works. I regret the day when I paid for this third class service provider.
