We had order Independent TV dish service about a year back and they were incapable of providing the connection. Now it has more than ** months since I have been asking for the refund and there has been no response from the head of the departments, customer care or anyone else. Their site is pathetic and service is worst.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
