I have ordered a dress from Vastrova on **/**/****. The product which was shown in the picture was completely different from the received product. The quality was cheap and third class. While asking for return and refund Aastrova replied they only accept returns in case the dress was defective. After mailing more they agreed to accept the return on the condition that I have to bear the *** Rs as delivery and shipment expense. Also, I have to send back the product at their address bearing another expense of delivery. They said that they will return the money to Vastrova wallet only instead of a bank account. Why should I bear so many expenses for return? Also, why should I accept my money in their third class website wallet which I will not surf in future?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
