I ordered a mivi product (collar classic earphones) on *th may, ****, But there was a problem with that product. Hence, we file a complaint for the replacement/repair of the product. They pick up our product on date **/**/**** and it is about *.* months but they didn't repair our product nor delivered it yet.
I sent them a lot of emails but they are not responding to anyone and they didn't even take our calls.
So I request you to kindly look into this matter.
I would be grateful if you help me take our product.
