Parimach - They sended me an UTR number but amount is not credited

Parimatch player I'd - *********
I made a withdrawal of **** INR on **/*/**** but after * months the money was not credited in my bank account But on Parimatch it was showing withdrawal confirmed. So I contacted them on their email customer support.
With more than ** mail conversation,they asked for my bank statement And I provide.They asked me to wait ,I waited but no money received. After that they gave me a UTR number saying that money is successfully transferred please check with your bank customer support I called and check but there was no any payment. After all these they are just saying you money is transferred without giving any proof or sometimes they say have patience have patience etc .This is totally irritating.
