Parimach - My deposit not yet received and customer service trying to escape with new reasons It is a fraud app

When I am asking for my money back or deposit amount they are not even responding and neglecting my messages and doing alot of fraud in crores.they just playing with many innocent people's emotions. Need to take strict action on this application and mainly I want refund for all their fraud.
