On the Laxmi Pooja day I have ordered paneer chilli dry from meraki and the paneer was smelling bad and it was sour and hard from that I came to know that the chilli can't be eaten. I have also launched the complaint on swiggy customer care but they don't provide any refund or any other message to me .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
