Please don't order from Flipkart with exchange order. When you exchange so they sent normal delivery boy but they, not TV ( I mean exchange product) knowledge person. I ordered TCL TV with the exchange. My old TV a very excellent condition. Today they check and after he informed me AV is not working but I've not connected anything in av port. I connected only in HDMI * and * both is very good and very good sounds. But he again asks me av screen why black? If we not connected any wire in any port so that port option only black screen but this him, not knowledge. Then denied my exchange. Order no: OD******************.
