TATA AIA INSURANCE - they don t settle my money which is I PAID

As per they rules I can cancel my police within ** days free look times, If I don't like to continue that scheme,
I filled the cancellation forms and sent all the documents to customer care and brokerage team to cancel it. They replied you money lapsed. we will not refund. good bye like that. its fully cheated.
