Tata Aia Insurance - Policy Performance Issue

I took policy *.* yrs back, at the time of purchase they made false promises. After *.*yrs as policy not performing as expected as per market I am chasing TATA AIA customer support people to get which funds are not performing if possible I can switch so that I can be with market growth but chasing last from * months but no output, every time they making false statement as they are looking into this but no further action done at their end. Now I want to close this policy so I am asking them to close for this they are not making any response. On calling support numbers they saying they are not responsible team for this. I want my whole money back + **% * invested money.
