Hello Sugar Fit ,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the support I have received so far.
In my previous email, I had requested a detailed cost breakup for my Sugarfit Annual Subscription (Type * Diabetes), including the lab test receipt and doctor consultation receipt. However, I have not yet received these documents. Due to this delay, my reimbursement claim is now at risk of being rejected.
At the time of purchasing the program, your sales representative (Divya Kushi, Mob: **********) assured me that these documents would be provided when required. Unfortunately, this commitment has not been fulfilled.
For your reference, I am also sharing (Screenshots)the request from my insurance provider, which clearly outlines the documents needed for claim approval.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the current level of support and request you to treat this matter as urgent. I hope you understand the seriousness of the situation and provide the required documents at the earliest.
