Sugarfit - CGM not delivered yet it has been 7 days

I am writing to inform you that I have made the payment for a CGM device, but it has not been delivered yet, and I have not received any update regarding the delivery status.
A person named Faizi, who claimed to be sugar fit team member , shared a payment link with me. I completed the payment through that link. However, after the payment was done, he has stopped responding to my messages, and I am unable to get any information about my CGM delivery.
I have sent multiple emails to Sugar.fit over the past several days, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. It has now been almost * days since the payment was made
This situation is causing me a lot of concern, and I am worried that this might be a case of fraud. I kindly request you to please check and update me on the status of my CGM order at the earliest.
Please look into this matter urgently and help resolve it as soon as possible
