Skill lync - They did not cancel the course

I jon this fullstck web development course in february.
The company is not transparent work.
They not explained first while taking the loan in my name.
Without my knowledge, they took loans behind my back in my name.
When I know this all matter. And eduzvan continuously call and msg me for EMI.
I was talk with eduzvan they told me you cancel course from skill lync side.
Immediately, I raised a ticket on skill lync website stating my problem and thus requested them to cancel my course subscription. After ignoring my issue for several days, they called me and when i told about my problem, the support person tried to convince me by saying job guarantees.
