Healthify me - They deny to refund me even the I proved them wrong

I have subscribed the plan from them for which they haven’t given service for weeks and once I lost the trust and asked them for refund, they asked for the reasons and proofs, and once I provided them they are ignoring and giving me meaning less justifications about refund.
