Healthify me - Dissatisfaction of the representatives behavior

I subscribed the smart plan from healthify me to track the diet and get ai workout plans. One representative called me and convinced me to take diet coach plan. He was forcing me to take plan. I tried telling my needs and he promised me that I'll get the best service. So he removed my smart plan and gave only diet coach. Initially he said for * months but I received the plan only for * months. I was not informed that. Also I was not aware that he is removing the smart plan and giving only diet coach. Even the diet coach also not good. They were giving a worst diet plan and I can get a better diet plan from chatgpt. While convincing for the coach plan, I asked him I need some time. Bt he refused and forced me to pay at that moment itself. Even I was thinking ok, atleast one time I can try this plan because they were promising a good service. Then the next day itself I told them I didn't like the plan and I need refund. I tried contacting multiple times but they are refusing to reply and giving me the money. Again and again telling me to try this plan. I strongly told them I don't want to continue and such a poor service. They are not responding for that. My money and time got wasted. I need my money back.
