Royal taj india resorts - They cheated me

Prabhat Mihir filed complaint against Royal taj india resorts on Jun 28, 2021

I purchased their membership for **** rupees. They said they are a part of Taj India owned by Taj Hotels, now after when i verified all the commitments were wrong. Now when i ask for refund, they don't agree and don't receive calls. I am really mentally devastated as i insisted my parents to purchase it because they motivated me that way and now i am stuck.They answer no where.
