Royal taj india resorts - Cancellation of product not processed

On **-Jan-****, I had purchased membership (Worth Rs.*****) of Royal Taj India Pvt Ltd. During explanation of membership benefits, lot of services were promised by sales executive (Mr. Anil). But, in agreement, lot of promised services was not covered. When I asked about services which are not covered in agreement then sales executive ensured me that those services will be covered in your plan and confirmation will be send either by recorded phone call / email or hard copy by courier/Post. I made payment and signed their agreement. In this membership plan, Mrs. Pooja Jindal is Main applicant and Mr. Vishal Jindal is co-applicant. But agreement has been signed by Vishal Jindal only who is co-applicant. It has not been signed by Mrs Pooja Jindal who is Main applicant for this membership. Agreement copy has been attached. Once they received payment from my side, sales executive changed his words. We felt like we have been cheated by Taj India Resorts team. So, Mrs. Pooja Jindal denied signing agreement. On the spot, we had requested them to cancel our membership and refund the money, but they refused to cancel the membership. After **min discussion, I had submitted cancellation request in hard copy which is signed by Mrs. Pooja Jindal & Mr. Vishal Jindal. Their sales executive has accepted my request and gave me receiving of cancellation request (File attached). It has been ** days, but my cancellation request has not been processed. They are stick to one line “We can not cancel your membership as it is not our policy”. Now, they are not even replaying my calls & Emails. I want to cancel my membership and refund my amount (Rs *****)
