I ordered a sports bra from HRX, when I ordered, there was an option of exchange, d size chart given at that product according to that it was too loose for me which I have received, when I put a request for return they said item will be picked up on * nov., but no response was there., again I made a request for return now they are saying on ** Nov. Item will be picked up.. And the last date for exchange and return is * Dec.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
