I have ordered hrx shoe and there was blue stain of the invoice on the sole of the shoe and also the shoe was a bit large for me so I exchanged it for a size smaller but because of that blue stain they refused to pickup my order so I filed a complaint and it got denied so I wiped that blue stain with tissue and now there is no stain on the shoe sole so I contacted the myntra customer care and told them that now that there is no stain please pickup this product but now they are saying that we can't pickup the order because u wipe that stain. Does it make any sense ?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
