KreditBee - They are herasing and they are using bad words scolded mother

I took a loan amount of Rs ****. And I am paying it whether it is late or at a correct time I have paid.actual payment for this amount is **** and I am paying it **** at all penalty but at the last emi it's same date on *th they called at * and used u parlament language and they are harassing me from * week.
