KreditBee - Harassment by bank regarding payment

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the constant calls and messages I have been receiving from KreditBee bank regarding my payment. I had previously informed the bank over email about my financial crisis and inability to make the payment, but I continue to receive threatening calls and messages. Some of the messages are stating to reveal my details to my contact list and references including my family and friends. The agents are highly unproffessional in their approach and are also using obsene languages.

Not only are these calls and messages causing me a great deal of anxiety, they are also hindering my ability to take care of my household expenses and pay my other bills. I am not a wilful defaulter, but due to my current financial situation, I am unable to make the payment at this time.

I request that the bank stop calling and messaging me, and instead take into account the circumstances that I have outlined in my previous email. I am willing to work with the bank to come up with a feasible solution, but the constant harassment is not helpful and only serves to exacerbate my stress and anxiety.

I hope that the bank will take my concerns seriously and address this issue as soon as possible.
