I have Hdfc bank credit card. I'm paying my bills on time. But still they put the interest on my bills. It is happening with me from more than past * months. I tried to contact but call is not getting connected. And on the helpline number they said that it's not my department wait I'll transfer your call and than call get disconnected. On this crisis time they are treating there customers like that. * months ago I checked on minimum due it's not updated on the application and after some time they charged with interest I paid that amount but again and again they are doing the same. My account belongs to HDFC indore cloth market. As well as I put the application to close my salary account but it's not closed yet. And now it reached up to - ****. Wrost bank service I ever seen.
