Kwabey - there is no status of my order

I have placed order on **nd , still there is no update on my order. However I tried reaching your customer care there are not bother to respond properly on call. This is *rd time I'm buying t shirts from kwabey I have never face any problems earlier. This time there is no proper response or no communication on my order. Attaching screenshot for your reference of my order.
