redmi - theft laptop

Complaint Respected sir, I have purchased a lenavo laptop from sathya agencies on **.**.**** . through bajaj finserv for *****.Later on i found the sound is not clear in the speakers, so i returned the same to the sales person gunasekaran *********** ) He recommened me for Redmi laptop . I said i will arrrange the money and get like that .So the next day i paid ***** to him he said he will come and give in my house since i have a small kid He told me we cant cancel the loan since i have taken through loan .He gave the laptop and went .Money ***** i paid through gpay .I asked him for the bill he said he will give but he didnt give ,Last week i got call from inspector of police stating that its a theft laptop .He has stole from somebody and gave like that .They asked me to surrender .so the next day i went and surrenedered .But till now i didnt get the amount back as well as the money .They requested me to wait for * more days ,I am working as online tutor .How long i can wait .When i asked the same in sathya agencies *** feet road, they are saying he is form hp company and not from our company .Pls help me to get my laptop and money back
