I have followed all the rules applicable for claiming insurance for the theft of my car. FIR dated **.*.**. But haven't received the claim amount yet. I lodged a complaint with IRDA. The company sanctioned the claim and promised to pay after completing post-sanction formalities ( dated **.**.**). All signed papers sent and received in their office. Now they say RC is to be transferred in the company name. I have submitted all the documents to RTO for the same and sent the AD to the company but still waiting for claim payment. The total amount sanctioned as per the company is ****** Rs. I want ****** Rs as compensation for the delay on the part of the company and mental harassment. I sent all the documents to the company on time. Once the documents regarding subjugation, Letter of indemnity and discharge voucher and copy of the letter sent to RTO regarding the transfer of stolen car in the name of the company have been sent and received in the office of the company, I should have been paid the claim amount by now. The rest of the formalities lies with the company and not the complainant. The initial complaint is dated **.*.** and I should be paid interest on the total claim amount for delayed payment also
