My car was stolen from my company's paid parking on the **th of Mar '**'.
Insurance companies demanded lots of documents and even unnecessary documents like MOU between the company and the parking company.
Whenever I visited their office RM was not there or someone else or when we met then they demand any document. Still, somehow I have given all the documents including MOU.
But after providing MOU when they are not able to ask any document, now they have discontinued all the channels of contact. I call multiple times in the office but RM's assistant says he is busy or he is not in the office.
The IDV value of my Swift VDI car was *,**,*** but oriental settled on *,**,*** only, so I accepted just to get the claim soon. But they are just doing harassment and torture from a year.
Kindly help. Nobody is going to help me. I have not enough money to afford an advocate.
