Aeronet Travtour Private Limited - The Tour had to be cancelled for lockdown but amount not refunded

I had made online payment of Rs **,***/= to Aeronet Travtour Private limited for travel scheduled in June,**** . The amount was trasacted to their Axis bank( Karol bagh) account no *************** on **th Feb with and the transaction ID was IRL******* AERONET TRAVTOUR PVT LTD. I had to cancel booking on account prevailing lock down . but the money is not being refunded to me .
