Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Ac - The servicing person of voltas came and broke my flap of AC and the technician of my area is constan

My AC had its second free servicing from voltas till that my AC was working absolutely fine but after the servicing guys job with * hours the flap of my voltas AC broke and came down which means he broke that part after that I called him more than * times but he did not come then on *th April I contacted to voltas and registered my complaint after that the person visited and told me that your AC is under warranty so I you order the part I will replace that part but after that I have contacted him more than * times but he is reply is there is lot of work as of now if I will give you after some time and without completing my replacement of part he directly closed the complaint with voltas without taking my permission then on **th April I again launched a complaint to voltas he is not accepting the request of my replacement of my part it is more than ** hours now. This all happened in chinchwad pune.
