Fastrack - The product was damaged had to return it and my refund is not received

I ordered a product from fastrack.in
A sunglasses worth ****rs but due to encircle points i got it's for ****rs

Received the product on **/**/**** **:**pm
Returned the product as it was damaged ordered return request was taken on **/**/**** **:**am
My product return process was done on **/**/****
After that still now I have not received my product return they tell they will return but still the same thing
On *ndoct they told refund was initiated within *to** working days it will be reflected in my bank account but nothing was reflected
On **nd oct they told the same thing but still today I have not received my refund
The customer care just lie today Tommorow day after but still did not received my refund it's going to be two months
S oo please just help me with these cheaters
