Fastrack - Misbehavior by titan salesman

I had purchased Fastrack reflex watch of Ra ****. Due to some reasons it's stopped working also it is in warranty period.so I had visited to the shop World of titan .MG road,camp,pune.
The seller kamlkant was their as a service provider.i had asked him for the service so he told it cost **** rs and it is not in our criteria that we changed or do free service for it. One month before he offered ****rs refund if we handover the watch to them. I went to the shop on * Jan Sam person kamlkant misbehaved with us and refuse to provide service and refund of ****rs also showed attitude by saying you can go to the company executives for any complaint.he denied our complaint for the same and we are helpless that time .I felt regret with this fastrack watch for bad service.
