Flipkart - The order is returned after reaching near by my location

Hi,
I have ordered a phone from flash sale which is too much difficult to order on **-**-** from flipkart by pre payment.
In my order section the order status is showing approved and accepted. While tracking the order it says it comes ti near by my location. But they it says the order get canceled.
Flipkart jr executive says the order canceled due to bulk order and if you want the same product create new account and then order. I was not satisfied with the answer as its not valid. Then call transfer to senior executive and he told that its canceled due to Operational issue from seller side and also he assure me that internal action will be taken for junior executive for wrong detials.
My concern is why the order get canceled i am trying to book thay phone from last month but due to its demand and flash sale i didnt get that phone but now when i get that phone the order canceled due to nonsense reason. May be they don't have enough quantity to full fill all the orders. My time got wasted. Wilk you please look into the process and take serious action against this fake process of flash sale.
