One Plus - The One Plus Protection Plan Bought Along with One Plus 9 Pro worthon March is still not activated

I bought a Brand New OnePlus * Pro and One Plus Care (** Months) Protection Plan on **st March Red Cable Day Sale on One Plus App. The Phone was delivered on *rd April.
But I didnt receive the Protection Plan Activation Code from OnePlus and Hence have been raising multiple complaints but no one in One Plus have been solving my issue from past * month.
I would want my money to be refunded or plan activated immediately.
