Had ordered few products from Indus Valley for the first time. The order was placed on *th July and today is **rd July, but I have still not received my ordered products. The tracking id shared by IV stopped showing updates on **th July. Customer service rarely replies!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
