Had ordered few products from Indus Valley for the first time. The order was placed on *th July and today is **st July, but I have still not received my ordered products. The tracking id shared by IV stopped showing updates on **th July. Customer service rarely replies!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
