Hero Motorcorp - The engine f hero bike ceaseed before 01 year of purchase

Hi , I had purchase a bike of hero model splendor plus on **.**.**** from Saanvi Automobiles Dehradun, and since than i got the services don on time, but the engine of the bike is ceased due to which i am facing a lot of problem in commuting to my office and other works , while contacted the dealer for the issue they say that I have to pay the charges , and not considering the case under warranty, hero is a well know n brand than how they they can sell a low quality product to the customer, My request is to replace teh engine or the bike as soon as possible, Regards Gulshan Singh -**********
