Meesho App - The Delivery Boy was extremely rude

As per details in my order section the expected date of my product delivery was on **Oct**** but my customer get call on **Oct**** so on very day they were unable to receive the product and was asked to deliver the product on very next day.day after next day on **Oct **** Delivery Boy said there is no such parcel for them.again when my customer called that same no on **Oct**** the Delivery Boy becomes extremely rude at my customer and he said your parcell is cancelled,without cancelling by my customer.even that delivery boy blocked my customer's no.this is that Delivery Boy's no **********.
