The company has taken complete advance payment and is not delivering the goods. Neither are they confirming the exact status of the shipment is delayed nor are they ready to give the money back. the company does not follow a formal escalation route on their website. On calling the call center they keep diverting the call to diferrent executives each time who suggest the delivery will happen in a day. When there's no delivery and you call them back, they suggest its delayed and will happen the next. We placed the order only on a commitment by their sales team if it is possible for them to deliver the goods before **th Aug, which they confirmed and now the same sales person is refusing to take our calls and woodenstreet.com is not taking any responsibility of the expensive furniture we have bought from them.
We have dropped emails as well but there's no response.
