My birthday was approaching and I wanted a Vivo V** phone of beautiful colour Nebula Purpleas my gift . So my brother ordered the same for me on Tata cliq site . I was very excited to have it. At that time , there were many offers on other websites on mobile phones , but we chose the Tata cliq.From ordering to receiving the parcel , we were getting the SMS notifications of the delivery of same colour phone. Even on the delivery invoice , Nebula purple was specified..
But....OMG when I opened the parcel my whole happiness was gone. It was of Black starry night colour. I couldnt accept it.
When we contacted the customer care executive , he told that the colour you want is out of stock and we cant make it available . So they returned our money.
But , by that time aal other online offers were over and we had to buy it offline on much higher price . Truely this website service caused me anxiety , pain , it spoilt my birthday gift and mood an also caused financial loss.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
