The person who checks bags of ladies her name is masarath Begüm she is very rude she doesn’t have manners. She’s arguing with customers and raising her voice . I said I’ll complain about this and she’s like do whatever you want I don’t have any fear. She’s really veryyyyy rude screaming at us . Is this the service given to customers? She wanted to check my bag so she could have said softly rather than speaking roughly . I also have a video of her. Take an action and remove her from there.
