bharti airtel - Broadband model upgrade

Here is the complaint number: ******** logged on ** June. Today is * July.
I do not want this kind of service and hence asked to remove the broadband connection the complaint no is: ********* on * july - that too is getting delayed - shows ** Aug as resolution date - what kind of airtel services are these?
I will not pay and start talking about this dishonest and non-service attitude to all at social media. Not done airtel.
