Had booked tempo travellor on **th November using redbus for **th December. Paid advance of ****. For booking confirmation. Based on that booked accommodation during that time paying accommodation advance.
Tempo traveller had to arrive * AM. Number shared by redbus for driver was wrong number. Repeatedly calling customer care, multiple mails, multiple tickets on App and tweets almost after * and half hour got connected to customer support guy. Just to hear due to some confusion no traveller is left, i can cancel my booking and get back advance. And post mailed it was resolved.
Almost after * hours again called asking if i was ok to go if they arrange something after * hour. By that time me and my family had already suffered lot mentally. So i refused.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
