I have brought the sony television from Bajaj electronics store in **** RS **,***. Now my television not working and raised complaint with SONy for repair service. Technician visited and saying repair od not possible as parts of the model was stopped by company and requested for exchange. I agreed for exchange but they are giving rs *,*** exchange value for my old television which costs around * lakh. This is rediculous and it is a FRUAD. I sent so emails to sony head office still there was no response from them.
Need help in resolving the issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
