Since morning I have been calling customer service in Mumbai - *** ******** / ** / ** numbers received from regional office - *** *******. None of the above phones are responding. On calling back to Regional Office they say that we should call on *** ******** / ** / ** these numbers and no more phone calls.
This is not expected from a reputed company Sony India.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
