we had lodged a complaint against the refridgerator which wasn't cooling on *rd of April ****. the technician by name Satish pertaining the mobile number ********** is not coming to repair the damaged item. ** days back he said the fridge has some internal damage, but the part will not be available for next ** days. we accept and waited for ** days, but even after multiple follow-ups and even when the stock of the part has arrived ** days ago, he has not come to fix the fridge. every time we call he says he will come tomorrow, but that tomorrow has not come till now. take action against this careless technician. we have called customer care to complaint against him, but no action has been taken against the technician nor to resolve our fridge issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
