I raised a complaint for my Aquaguard Royale RO UV MTDS with SS Tank, which hasn't been working for two weeks. When I contacted the service center, they assured me a technician had been assigned and would visit today—yet I received no call, nor did anyone come. This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially from a supposedly trusted brand.
I purchased this unit two years ago, and having it break down so quickly is frustrating in itself. On top of that, my request for service has been completely ignored, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, I had purchased an AMC plan for ₹***, which I have now cancelled—but they are refusing to issue a refund. This situation is very annoying and not what I’d expect from a reputable company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
