I made a prepaid order of * oversized T-shirts on Kwabey website but I never received any call for delivery of product. The order was later cancelled and instead of refunding the amount to the source account, they transferred it to my wallet on their site. Now Im not able to use that wallet money for any purchase. Im getting ‘Technical wallet error’ message when I use wallet money for purchase but it goes to payment screen when I select any other payment mode. I tried contacting them but Im not getting any response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
