This is in favour of the problem i have been facing from *nd of Jan **** regarding internet services on my number. I cant use internet services. It has been **th Jan already and the complaint is still active. The attached screenshot is the proof from the airtel app confirming the status of my complaint.
The Airtel technical team is unresponsive of my call requests and i have been suffering from past * weeks without internet on my phone. My mobile data doesn't work and the team is still working even after the expected resolution date has been exceeded.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
