Wakefit - Teak Bed not delivered

Wakefit took my Teak bed order on **st Aug and informed a delivery of ** days. But * months have passed and they have not delivered it. I have a bed ridden patient at home and i also begged them for early delivery. They are now messaging delivery for Dec end which is more than * months. I am being harassed mentality. I want to file a legal case. Can Voxya help?
