Yarabolu Sudhakar filed complaint against TCL SmartTv on Jan 26, 2023
We have a Tv repair on **th Dec **** and we have raised two complaints which are closed without any update.
Later one complaint has been taken on *th Jan **** IN************ which was delayed for so many days until **rd of Jan and then they tried to fix the board which company has sent for the service provider.
But they mentioned that it is not working properly due to some code lock and also they said the new board is too latest for our TV.
Now they have fixed a non compatible board to our TV by giving some excuses.
Now the total screen has been blurred with dish like visuals
Now I have raised another complaint under this Case ID IN************
